What data we collect
- Analytics (consent-based): anonymised page-view and scroll-depth events via Google Analytics 4 and PostHog. IP addresses are anonymised at collection. We never tie this data back to a named individual.
- Booking form: name, email, event date, venue, event type, budget range and your message. We use it only to reply to your enquiry.
- Server logs: standard request metadata kept by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and abuse mitigation. Retention is governed by Cloudflare’s policy.
Legal basis (GDPR)
- Analytics: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), revocable at any time via your browser’s consent prompt or the “Do Not Track” signal.
- Booking form: legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(f)) and pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b)).
What we don’t do
- No advertising trackers, pixel cookies or remarketing tags.
- No selling, renting or trading of your data — ever.
- No automated decision-making and no profiling beyond aggregate analytics counters.
Third parties
Pages embed media from Mixcloud, SoundCloud, Spotify and YouTube only after you click play. Once you do, those services apply their own cookies and policies. We do not control them; review their notices directly. Hosting is provided by Cloudflare.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, restrict or object to its processing, or request portability. To exercise any of these, email contact@aash-vibes.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Changes
Material changes to this notice will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised notice.
